Community Sports

We believe in the development of our youth through sports.That’s why, for years, JPS has been one of the country’s most consistent corporate sponsors of community sports, which include: Netball League competitions (West); Football League competitions; the all-island Basketball League competition. We also support track and field events, such as Gibson Relays, the Eastern Cross Country race, and Eastern Championships.

JPS Rate Case Submission - March 9th

The Jamaica Public Service Company (JPS) on Monday (March 9) filed an application with the Office of the Utilities Regulation (OUR) for a comprehensive review of the non-fuel portion of electricity rates. The review, conducted once every five years, will also evaluate JPS' performance against service standards and other targets set by the OUR at the last review in 2004.
