You may contact us at any time by calling our 24-hour Customer Care Centre at 1-888-225-5577 / 1-888-CALL JPS. Our corporate offices can be reached at (876) 926-3190, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., from Monday to Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Fridays. Please note that callers from overseas may use the corporate office number (926-3190) to contact the Customer Care Centre. Please ascertain whether you need to upgrade your deposit, when paying your reconnection fee.
Reconnection payments should be called in to the Customer Care Centre at 1-888-CALLJPS (225-5577) or you may fax your receipt to 1-876-936-1966.
Bill payments should be faxed to 1-876-936-1966.
All emergencies including power outages, broken wires and fires, should be reported to 1-888-225-5577.
