Our corporate offices can be reached at (876) 926-3190, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., from Monday to Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Fridays. Please note that callers from overseas may use the corporate office number (926-3190) to contact the Customer Care Centre.

RECONNECTION PAYMENTS
Reconnection payments should be called in to the Customer Care Centre at 1-888-225-5577 or 1-888-935-5577, you may fax your receipt to 1-876-936-1966. Deposit and bill payments may also be faxed to 1-876-936-1966.
P.S: Please ascertain whether you need to upgrade your deposit, when paying your reconnection fee.
EMERGENCIES
All emergencies including power outages, broken wires and fires, should be reported to the JPS Customer Care Centre at 1-888-225-5577 or 1-888-935-5577.
