About Jamaica Public Service

OUR SHAREHOLDERS

Our partners are Marubeni Corporation, Korea East-West Power and the Government of Jamaica, through the Development Bank of Jamaica. The official signing for mutual cooperation, pertaining to their joint ownership of the Jamaica Public Service Co., took place in July 2011.

Marubeni Corporation and Korea East-West Power Company Ltd., now each hold 40% of JPS shares, the Government of Jamaica retains 19.9%, while the remaining less than 1%, is held by private shareholders.
