Should you wish to have your service disconnected, simply send us a letter, on the company’s letterhead detailing the relevant service address, account number (customer and premises) and the date that you would like service disconnected. We also ask that you provide us with an address for the final bill.
Please note you will be responsible for all billed charges up to the date of disconnection.
Disconnection requests can be sent to any one of the following:
- Any of our JPS Commercial Offices islandwide
- Through the JPS Customer Care Center by fax (876) 511-2166 or e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Your Key Account Manager (if one is assigned to your organization)
