GETTING RECONNECTED AFTER DISCONNECTION

Having your electricity disconnected is both costly and inconvenient. If your service is disconnected due to overdue charges and non-payment of your bill, you must pay the outstanding amount, plus a reconnection fee before service can be restored. You may also be required to upgrade your deposit if it is less than the equivalent of 60 days (residential customers) or 90 days usage (commercial customers).

Paying your bills on time keeps you connected and saves you money.
